Tips:

  • Use fresh ginger and limes. Fresh ginger and limes will give your tart the best flavor. If you can't find fresh ginger, you can use ground ginger, but be sure to use half the amount.
  • Don't overcook the ginger. Overcooked ginger will be bitter. Cook it just until it is fragrant and slightly softened.
  • Don't over-mix the filling. Over-mixing the filling will make it tough. Mix it just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the tart before serving. This will help the filling to set and will make it easier to slice.
  • Serve the tart with whipped cream or ice cream. This will add a delicious creamy touch to the tart.

Conclusion:

This ginger-lime tart is a delicious and refreshing dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be made ahead of time. The tart is also a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants. So next time you are looking for a delicious and healthy dessert, give this ginger-lime tart a try. You won't be disappointed!
