1/4 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons peeled and grated ginger

  • If you want to save time, you can use store-bought lemon juice and ginger paste.
  • If you don't have rice vinegar, you can use white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  • To make the dressing more flavorful, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
  • If you want a thicker dressing, you can add a teaspoon of cornstarch or arrowroot powder.
  • Store the dressing in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
