½ cup Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Chips

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour, plus
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use white)
