1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 c onion, finely diced
1 c applesauce
1 c bread crumbs
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Place meatloaf mixture in a lightly oiled 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • 3. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours in a preheated 350-degree oven.
