Tips:

  • Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your Georgia caviar will taste. Look for ripe, flavorful tomatoes, crisp celery, and sweet onions.
  • Dice your vegetables evenly: This will help them cook evenly and give your Georgia caviar a more uniform texture.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: You want them to retain their crunch and flavor. Cook them just until they are tender-crisp.
  • Use a food processor to chop the vegetables: This will save you time and effort, and it will also help you get a more consistent chop.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You can also add a bit of cayenne pepper for a little spice.
  • Chill the Georgia caviar before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and develop.
