Tips:

  • Use fresh baby spinach for the best flavor and texture.
  • Squeeze out as much water as possible from the spinach before adding it to the dip to prevent a watery dip.
  • Use a good quality feta cheese for the best flavor. A creamy, flavorful feta will make a big difference in the overall flavor of the dip.
  • Do not overcook the spinach, as it will become mushy. Cook it just until it is wilted and tender.
  • Use a food processor or blender to make the dip smooth and creamy. If you do not have a food processor or blender, you can mash the ingredients together with a fork until smooth.
  • Serve the dip immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The dip will thicken as it chills, so you may need to thin it out with a little milk or water before serving.

Conclusion:

This garlicky spinach dip with hearts of palm is a delicious and easy appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It is packed with flavor and can be made in just a few minutes. Whether you are serving it at a party or enjoying it as a snack, this dip is sure to be a hit.
