Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use a variety of vegetables. We recommend using a mix of root vegetables, such as carrots, parsnips, and turnips, and hearty greens, such as kale and Brussels sprouts.
  • Cut the vegetables into uniform pieces so that they cook evenly. You can use a sharp knife or a mandoline to do this.
  • Toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper before roasting. This will help them to caramelize and brown.
  • Roast the vegetables at a high temperature (425 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
  • If you are using a variety of vegetables, you may need to adjust the roasting time so that they all cook evenly.
  • To add extra flavor, you can add herbs, spices, or a glaze to the vegetables before roasting.
  • Roasted vegetables can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
