¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ground dried thyme
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon seasoned salt

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with garlic, thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt. Toss until evenly coated. Lift the fries out of the bowl and spread onto a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer. Save the remaining oil in the bowl.
  • Bake in the preheated oven 30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through baking. Return the fries to the bowl with the olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper

2 -4 sweet potatoes or 2 -4 yams
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
1 -2 tablespoon garlic granules (to taste)

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Cut up sweet potatoes into wedges,rounds or thin strips.
  • In a large bowl add the fries. Coat them with oil. You may substitute just water if desired. Then add the garlic granules,parmesan and sea salt.

I will suggest spraying them in the recipe but it is not necessary. Holding the fries in the ice cold water until baking prevents them from discoloring. I use a Baking stone but a cookie sheet works too. If you wish leave the skin on but scrub them well.

3 large potatoes, peeled, cut into french fry slices and covered, with cold water
2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/4 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon thyme

  • In a large mixing bowl, place the cut potatoes and pour the olive oil over the top.
