Steps:
- 1. Cook chicken and shred into fine chunks. Add minced garlic to cooking chicken and cook until the garlic is browned real well.
- 2. Place remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and add warm chicken mix and incorporate. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling into canned crescent rolls and cook as directed on the can.
- 3. It is better to over stuff the rolls and have it ooze out from the sides. I recommend buying at least 4 cans of the large flaky rolls as the mixture goes a long way.

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, garlic and chicken until well blended. Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle into 2 triangles (when you unroll the crescent rolls, 2 triangles are attached making a big square, I just cut from there following the perforation for one cut and made another cut from the other corners (giving you 4 little triangles) Place 1 teaspoon of chicken mixture on the center of each triangle and fold the corners in over the creamy mixture. Place on cookie sheet, lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with no stick spray. Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 11-14 mins. Notes: For cooked chicken, I buy a big bags of frozen chicken tenderloins, I toss 6 of them on a cookie sheet and baked for about 25 mins.
Tips:
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh garlic, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Be careful not to overcook the chicken. Chicken is done cooking when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can check if the chicken is done by cutting into it. The chicken is done cooking when the juices run clear.
- Serve the garlic chicken puffs with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular choices include ranch dressing, honey mustard, and barbecue sauce.
