HEALTHIER GARLIC BREAD
We love garlic bread but hate filling up on all the bread. So when I saw this made on food tv, I had to try it. It is easy and does satisfy our garlic bread cravings without all the bread. I didn't have any garlic cloves so used garlic powder instead. Adjust the seasonings to your own taste.

FRIED GARLIC PITA
I sort of made up this recipe, and it turned out to be pretty good. I was trying to imitate a pita with garlic butter sauce appetizer this one restaurant makes.

Tips:
- Use fresh pita bread for the best results. Stale pita bread will be dry and crumbly, and won't absorb the garlic butter as well.
- Be generous with the garlic butter. The more garlic butter you use, the more flavorful the garlic bread will be.
- Don't be afraid to experiment with different herbs and spices. Adding a pinch of chili flakes or oregano to the garlic butter will give the garlic bread a little extra kick.
- If you don't have a grill, you can also bake the garlic bread in the oven. Just preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the garlic bread for 10-12 minutes, or until it is golden brown and crispy.
Conclusion:
Garlic bread is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish. Using pita bread instead of traditional bread makes it even easier to prepare. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a batch of garlicky goodness ready to enjoy in no time. So next time you're looking for a quick and tasty snack, give this recipe a try!
