With all the fixings rolled up into dough and baked, you've got the classic flavors in an irresistible new package that makes it easy and fun to share with your friends. 2 pounds ground beef chuck
12 ounces American cheese slices (about 30 slices)
All-purpose flour, for dusting
1 1/2 pounds store-bought pizza dough, at room temperature (see Cook's Note)
5 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 medium red onion, finely chopped
12 strips cooked bacon, broken in half
One 32-ounce jar dill pickle chips (35 to 40 chips)
Sesame seeds, for garnish
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring to break it up into small crumbles, until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, roughly chop half of the cheese, leaving other half as slices. Set aside.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove the beef from the skillet and transfer to a large bowl; discard the fat and liquid in the pan. Let the beef cool completely in the bowl, then stir in the chopped cheese.
  • On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a 20-by-14-inch rectangle. Arrange the beef and cheese mixture evenly on one half of the dough, starting on the shorter end and leaving a 1-inch border on the sides. Drizzle 2 tablespoons ketchup evenly over the beef mixture and the uncovered half of the dough; repeat with all the mustard, and then the red onion. Lay down the remaining cheese slices evenly over the half of the dough with no beef mixture, leaving a 1-inch border on the sides. Arrange the bacon pieces and 24 dill pickle chips just over the beef mixture.
  • Working from the short side with the beef mixture, tightly roll up the dough into a log, jelly-roll style. Pinch the open ends together to seal, then tuck them underneath the log. Transfer the log, seam side-down, to the prepared baking sheet, brush all over with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, until the bread is golden brown, about 40 minutes.
  • While the bread bakes, whisk together the mayonnaise, onion flakes, sugar, a pinch of salt and pepper and the remaining 3 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle chips and 1 teaspoon pickle brine in a small bowl. Taste, and season the special sauce with additional salt if needed. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve warm with the special sauce.

1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
8 ounces chopped walnuts
½ cup butter

Steps:

  • In a 9x13 inch pan mix cherries and pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pineapple, and cherry mixture stir until just combined. Then sprinkle walnuts over top. Drizzle top with melted butter or margarine.

1 store bought pound cake
1 large container of frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pt fresh strawberries (or use frozen and thawed)
1 box strawberry jello
1 new bathroom garbage can or large plastic canister

Steps:

  • 1. Line garbage can or canister with plastic wrap. Make sure you overlap the edges well so the wet parts of the cake don't seep through. (This is why you should use a new CLEAN garbage can)
  • 2. Slice strawberries, slice pound cake thinly. Start layering strawberries, cake, and then a layer of whipped cream in the lined can. Repeat until all of these ingredients are gone and hopefully your last layer is cake. You should have plenty of room at the top of the can.
  • 3. In a bowl mix strawberry jello with only 3/4 the amount of water it calls for. Pour this into the can over the mixture. Cover the top of the cake loosely with plastic wrap and store in fridge overnight.
  • 4. The next day your cake is ready to unveil. Pull the cake out by the plastic and set on a pretty cake plate. Top with a sprig of mint and more whipped cream.

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon shortening
5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon butter, softened
2-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons whole milk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Yellow and blue liquid food coloring
3 Ho Ho's
6 chocolate-covered miniature doughnuts
Shoestring black licorice
2 large white gumdrops
2 red M&M's
1 milk chocolate candy bar (1.55 ounces)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Pour into two greased 8x4-in. loaf pans. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely. , Using a serrated knife, level the top of each cake. Crumble removed tops; set cakes and crumbs aside., For frosting, cream shortening, butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla until smooth. , Place 1 cup frosting in a small bowl; tint yellow. Place 3/4 cup frosting in another bowl; tint blue. Leave remaining 1/4 cup frosting white. Decorate sides and back of truck with remaining licorice., Place M&M's on back of bed for rear lights. For back bumper, break candy bar into individual sections at perforations. Cut one piece in half widthwise. Place some of the chocolate, flat side out, on the truck back (save remaining chocolate for another use). Spoon reserved crumbled cake into truck bed for dirt.
