- Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices will give your dish the best flavor. If possible, try to buy organic produce.
- Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken is a delicate meat that can easily become dry and overcooked. Cook it just until it is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Use a Good Quality Curry Paste: The curry paste is what gives this dish its flavor, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a paste that is made with fresh herbs and spices, and avoid any pastes that contain artificial ingredients.

- Serve with Rice or Noodles: Fusilli with curried chicken is a great dish to serve with rice or noodles. Rice is a classic choice, but noodles can also be a good option if you're looking for something a little different.
