1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on package (from 15 oz pkg.)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2/3 cup hot fudge sauce
1 tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur (optional)
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
chocolate curls (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450.
  • Make pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Cool completely, about 35 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Gently stir in whipped cream for filling.
  • Set aside.

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (21 ounce) can light cherry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, and continue beating until smooth and combined. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
  • Fill graham cracker crust evenly. Refrigerate until set; this will take between 2 to 4 hours. Just before serving, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the pie.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
