  • Use a variety of fillings: Bonbons can be filled with a variety of ingredients, such as nuts, fruits, caramel, or ganache. Get creative and experiment with different flavors to find your favorites.
  • Temper the chocolate: Tempering chocolate is a process of heating and cooling the chocolate in a specific way. This helps to stabilize the chocolate and make it less likely to seize up. If you are new to tempering chocolate, there are many resources available online that can help you learn how to do it.
  • Be patient: Making bonbons takes time and patience. Don't rush the process, or you may end up with subpar results. Allow the chocolate to cool and set completely before enjoying.
