½ cup applesauce
½ cup quick cooking oats
¼ cup butter, softened
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup peanut butter chips
¼ cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
½ cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin cups with paper bake cups.
