Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start baking, make sure you have all your ingredients and tools ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
  • Use Room Temperature Ingredients: Whenever possible, use room temperature ingredients. This will help your brownies bake more evenly.
  • Don't Overmix the Batter: Overmixing the batter can make your brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a 9x13 Inch Pan: This is the standard size for brownies, and it will give you the perfect thickness.
  • Don't Overbake the Brownies: Brownies are best when they are slightly underbaked. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Cool the Brownies Completely: Before you cut and serve the brownies, let them cool completely. This will help them set and firm up.
