Steps:
- Line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with enough foil so that there's a 2-inch overhang on all sides. Grease the foil with butter.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add half of the marshmallows and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla and a small pinch of salt. Add the crispy rice cereal and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape up the bottom, until the cereal is completely coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and pat down into an even layer (use the bottom of a measuring cup to help).
- Clean the pot out and repeat the process with the remaining butter, marshmallows, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, fruit flavored cereal flakes, dried fruit and a small pinch of salt. Spoon the mixture directly on top of the puffed rice cereal and pat down into an even layer. Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Cut into 25 small squares. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Steps:
- Thoroughly grease a straight-sided 9-inch square cake pan with butter.
- Melt the butter in a large, heavy-bottomed pot set over medium heat. Cook, swirling the butter around in the pot, until it foams and turns a medium golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the regular marshmallows and stir until they're completely melted. Add the salt and give it another stir.
- Remove the pot from the heat and pour in the cereal. Gently fold it into the marshmallow until well combined. Next, add the mini rainbow marshmallows and fold them into the mix. Some will melt, but some will remain whole; that is the way you want it.
- Turn the mixture into the buttered cake pan and press flat using a wooden spoon or spatula. Sprinkle with the rainbow sprinkles over the top while it is still warm. Let cool completely, about 20 minutes.
- When the crispy treats are cool, place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over boiling water. Heat, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and completely smooth. Set aside for a minute to cool.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over the cooled crispy treats and let the chocolate set for 5 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

Tips:
- Use fresh fruit. Fresh fruit will give your krispy treats the best flavor and texture. If you don't have fresh fruit on hand, you can use frozen fruit that has been thawed and drained.
- Don't overcook the marshmallows. Overcooked marshmallows will make your krispy treats tough and chewy. Cook them just until they are melted and smooth.
- Be careful not to burn the butter. Burned butter will give your krispy treats a bitter taste. Melt the butter over low heat and stir constantly.
- Add the cereal and fruit last. This will help to prevent the cereal from getting soggy and the fruit from becoming overcooked.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan. This will help to create a dense and chewy krispy treat.
- Let the krispy treats cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
Conclusion:
Fruity krispy treats are a fun and easy snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, and other gatherings. With so many different variations to choose from, there is sure to be a fruity krispy treat recipe that everyone will love.
