1/2 cup whipping cream
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces

Steps:

  • Microwave corn syrup and whipping cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until mixture comes to boil. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
  • Serve warm as a dip with cut-up fresh fruit, assorted cookies, pretzels and/or pound cake cubes.

1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipped topping

2/3 c light or dark karo syrup
1/2 c heavy or whipping cream
1 pkg oz bakers simi sweet or
2 pkg bakers german sweet chocolate

  • 1. In a medium saucepan stir corn surup and crean. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Add chocolate and stir until completely melted
  • 3. Serve warm as a dip wtth fruit.

Tips:

  • Choose the right fruit. Some fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, work well with chocolate. Others, such as apples and oranges, are not as good.
  • Prepare the fruit properly. Wash the fruit thoroughly and pat it dry. If the fruit is large, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
