BASIC FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Basic Fruit Smoothie image

This is a great smoothie consisting of fruit, fruit juice and ice. I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day. Any kind of berry, mangos, papayas, kiwi fruit, et cetera make a great smoothie. Experiment with your favorites!

Tips:

  • Prep Ahead: Save time in the morning by prepping your smoothie ingredients the night before. Simply chop and freeze fruits, portion out yogurt, and pre-measure your liquids. In the morning, all you have to do is blend and enjoy.
  • Use Frozen Fruits: Frozen fruits are a great way to add nutrients and thickness to your smoothie without watering it down. Plus, they're often more affordable than fresh fruits.
  • Add Greens: Sneak in some extra nutrients by adding a handful of leafy greens to your smoothie. Spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are all great options.
  • Don't Over-Blend: Over-blending can make your smoothie watery and less flavorful. Blend just until the ingredients are combined and smooth.
  • Customize to Your Taste: Don't be afraid to adjust the ingredients in this recipe to suit your own taste. If you like it sweeter, add more fruit. If you like it tarter, add more lemon or lime juice. The possibilities are endless!

Conclusion:

With its vibrant colors, refreshing flavors, and nutrient-rich ingredients, the Fruit Delight Smoothie is a delicious and healthy way to kickstart your day. It's easy to make, customizable to your taste, and packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. So next time you're looking for a quick and refreshing breakfast or snack, give this smoothie a try. Your body will thank you!
