1 tablespoon granulated sugar or 1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
2 cups frozen peaches or 2 cups apricots
2 tablespoons liquid honey or 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup peaches or 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 very ripe banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks or 1 cup canned pineapple chunk, drained
1 -2 tablespoon granulated sugar or 1 -2 tablespoon liquid
honey
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla or 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • In a blender or using a submersion blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar (as called for, to taste) and milk; purée until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse just until combined.
