Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups frozen mango
6 ounces aged rum (we recommend BACARDÍ™ Reserva Ocho Rum)
4 ounces coconut rum
5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Cocktail umbrellas, sliced fruit, flowers, maraschino cherries, and/or any other tiki drink decoration (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend mango, aged rum, coconut rum, milk, and 4 cups ice in a blender until smooth.
  • Divide among glasses and garnish as desired.

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use frozen mango chunks that have been peeled and pitted. This will help to prevent the drink from becoming too icy.
  • If you don't have any frozen mango chunks, you can use fresh mango. Just be sure to peel and pit the mango before freezing it for at least 24 hours.
  • Use a blender that is powerful enough to crush the ice. A regular kitchen blender may not be strong enough.
  • Add some lime juice to the cocktail for a tart flavor. You can also add a splash of grenadine for a sweeter drink.
  • Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge or a cherry.

Conclusion:

The frozen mango rum cocktail is a refreshing and delicious drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a tropical treat, give this cocktail a try!
