1 1/2 cups chilled very strong brewed coffee or espresso, or coffee concentrate, recipe follows
1 cup whole milk, or more to taste
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, plus more for topping if desired!
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup half-and-half, optional
Whipped cream, for serving
1 pound ground coffee (a good, rich roast)

Steps:

  • Add the coffee, milk, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla to a blender. Top off the blender with ice and blend until smooth and icy, with tiny chocolate bits throughout. (Add some half-and-half if you'd like it to be a little richer and creamier.)

2 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup canned fat-free evaporated milk
3 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
12 chocolate wafer cookies

Steps:

  • Mix gelatine, instant coffee and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Stir in milk; let stand 1 min. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Add yogurt, sugar, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well.
  • Pour into 9-inch square pan. Freeze 2 hours or until almost solid. Spoon mixture into large bowl of electric mixer; beat on low speed 30 sec. Increase speed to high; beat 2 min. Gently stir in whipped topping.

1 (13 ounce) box whole graham crackers (may not use all)
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups cold milk
3 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
chocolate sprinkles or grated semisweet chocolate bar
