Tips:

  • To ensure even cooking, use a 9x13 inch baking pan. If you only have a smaller pan, you can reduce the baking time by a few minutes.
  • Make sure to grease and flour the pan before pouring in the batter. This will help the brownies come out cleanly.
  • Do not overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough, chewy brownies.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting set properly.
  • If you don't have cream cheese, you can substitute sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • For a richer frosting, use heavy cream instead of milk.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the frosting to balance out the sweetness.
  • If you want a thicker frosting, chill it for a few hours before spreading it on the brownies.

Conclusion:

These frosted zucchini brownies are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are moist, chocolatey, and have a creamy frosting that is sure to please everyone.
