  • Use Fresh, Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will impact the taste of your baked goods. Whenever possible, use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Don't Overmix: Overmixing can result in tough, dense baked goods. Mix your ingredients just until they are combined, and avoid overbeating.
  • Chill Your Dough: Chilling your dough before baking helps to develop the flavor and texture. This is especially important for cookies and pie crusts.
  • Preheat Your Oven: Always preheat your oven to the temperature specified in the recipe before baking. This helps to ensure that your baked goods cook evenly.
