1 c white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c shortening
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c brown sugar sifted
1 egg white stiffly beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Cream shortening and white sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and sifted ingredients, mix well. Spread batter very thin on baking sheet.

Tips:

  • Use good quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste of your frosted chocolate delights.
