3 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 can (12-14 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 can (10-ounce) Ro-tel (diced tomatoes and chilies)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder (more to taste)
1 can (14-ounce) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14-ounce) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. masa (corn flour) or regular corn meal
1/2 c. warm water
Individual bags of Fritos
Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Diced red onion (optional)

Steps:

1 Tbsp taco seasoning
10.5 oz Fritos ((1 bag))
2 c. cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Gather ingredients.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until cooked through and onions become transparent. Discard grease if needed.

1 bag (9.25 oz) Fritos™ corn chips (about 5 1/2 cups)

1 cup sour cream
1 cup refrigerated guacamole
