1 tablespoon butter, melted
CUCUMBER SAUCE:
1/2 cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Place salmon skin side down in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. 2 Tbsp butter, melted
4 tsp honey
1/4 c plain bread crumbs
1/4 c pecans, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
4 salmon filets, 4 - 6 ounces each
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl and set aside. Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in another small bowl and set aside.
