My mom makes this cranberry salad for Thanksgiving every year. We eat it with our Turkey and Mom's Dressing, but we can eat it alone or in place of dessert. It is simply fabulous!

Tips:
- Use Fresh Cranberries: Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor and a firmer texture compared to frozen or canned cranberries.
- Chop the Cranberries: To prevent the cranberries from bouncing around and making a mess, chop them before adding them to the salad.
- Chill the Salad: Chilling the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving allows the flavors to meld and develop.
- Use a Variety of Nuts: Feel free to mix and match different types of nuts, such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds, to add flavor and texture to the salad.
- Add Some Dried Fruit: Dried cherries, raisins, or apricots can add a touch of sweetness and chewiness to the salad.
- Don't Overdress the Salad: A little bit of dressing goes a long way. Too much dressing can weigh down the salad and make it soggy.
Conclusion:
Fresh Cranberry Salad with Celery is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for the holidays or any special occasion. With its vibrant color, sweet-tart flavor, and crunchy texture, this salad is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. You can also use simple ingredients and customize it to your liking, so it's a great way to use up any leftover cranberries you may have.
