1 1/4 cup quick oats
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup cold butter, diced
2 cups strawberries, cut in half, or quarters if large
2 cups blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup flour

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray, set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix together the oats, flour, sugar, and salt. Mix in the butter with your hands or a pastry cutter until mixture form crumbs when squeezed together.
  • Place berries in another large bowl. Stir in the sugar, juice, and vanilla into the berries. Sprinkle the flour on top of the berries and toss to coat.
  • Place the berry mixture into the prepared pan, and sprinkle with the oat mixture evenly.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and the berries are bubbly.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, cut into tablespoon-size pieces
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt lemon burst
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
40 fresh raspberries (about 6 1/2 oz)
40 fresh blackberries (8 oz)
40 fresh blueberries (about 3 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray 15x10x1-inch pan. In large bowl, mix all crust ingredients except butter. Using pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs; press evenly in pan.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until edges are light golden. Cool completely, about 40 minutes.
  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Add yogurt and 1 teaspoon lemon peel; beat until blended. Spread mixture over crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Cut into 10 rows by 4 rows. Arrange 1 of each kind of berry on each bar. Store in refrigerator.
