FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SANDWICH
If you like sweet and savory, this breakfast sandwich is for you. It's surprisingly delicious. Vanilla creamer adds a little bit of sweetness to the french toast. Then, cooking the remaining egg mixture to put on the sandwich is genius. Bacon and cheese add the touch of savoriness the sandwich needs. Powdered sugar sprinkled on...

Steps:
- 1. Beat eggs with coffee creamer and cinnamon. I find sweetened coffee creamer instead of milk adds the bit of sweetness that french toast needs since it is hard to add sugar to the egg and cook it. If you don't have sweetened coffee creamer just use milk and vanilla but it won't be sweet.
- 2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
- 3. Cook on med heat (melt butter in the pan before cooking) until done. Remove from pan.
- 4. Add butter to the hot pan. Use the leftover egg mixture to make a folded fried egg.
- 5. Put cheese and bacon on one piece of french toast.
- 6. Place cooked egg on top of the bacon and cheese.
- 7. Sprinkle top and bottom with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
