2 cups sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cubed
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes

Steps:

2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c sour cream
1 can(s) 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) 12 oz. can spam classic, cut into cubes
1/2 c chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c finely crushed cornflakes

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine french fries, cheese, sour cream and soup. Stir in Spam, bell pepper and onions. Spoon into 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with cornflakes. Bake for 30 to 40 min.
