1 cup Bisquick
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
water
dill pickle slices

Steps:

  • Beat together everything but the pickles.
  • Dip pickles in the batter.
  • Fry in oil until brown.

Tips:

  • For the best results, use fresh pickles that are firm and crispy. Avoid using pickles that are soft or mushy.
  • To make sure your pickles are evenly coated, use a large bowl or Ziploc bag to toss them in the flour mixture.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • To get the crispiest pickles, fry them in hot oil. The ideal temperature is between 350°F and 375°F.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the pickles. This will cause the oil temperature to drop and the pickles will not cook evenly.
  • Serve the pickles immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a crispy and flavorful dish that everyone will love.
