Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the cookies. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Measure your ingredients accurately. This is especially important for the chocolate and sugar, as too much or too little of either can throw off the balance of the cookies.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before serving. This will help them develop their full flavor and texture.

Conclusion:

These flourless double chocolate pecan cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are rich, chocolatey, and full of pecans. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of these cookies that will be sure to please everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give these cookies a try!
