1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary

4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup finely chopped croutons
