3/4 c 2 % milk
2 eggs, abused (beaten)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 9. freeze them in ziplock bag, then just pull one out each morning and will be ready to eat 20 minutes later on the way to work!

Tips:

  • Measure ingredients accurately: Using a kitchen scale or standard measuring cups will ensure the muffins have the correct texture and flavor.
  • Use fresh baking powder and baking soda: Old baking powder and baking soda may not react properly, resulting in flat muffins.
  • Do not overmix the batter: Overmixing can develop the gluten in the flour, leading to tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill muffin cups evenly: This will help ensure that the muffins bake evenly.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: Overbaking can dry out the muffins.
  • Allow the muffins to cool before serving: This will help them hold their shape.

These flaxseed bran muffins are a delicious and healthy way to start your day. They are packed with fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids. They are also low in sugar and carbohydrates.
