¼ cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place steaks, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, thyme, mustard, and black pepper in an extra large resealable plastic bag, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag.
