FIVE-CHEESE ZITI AL FORNO
After having the five-cheese ziti at Olive Garden, I tried to make my own version of it-and I think I got pretty close. I always double this when I'm making it and freeze the second one for another meal. -Keri Whitney, Castro Valley, California

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. This is especially true for the cheese. Use a variety of cheeses that melt well and have different flavors.
- Don't overcook the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, but be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and won't hold up well in the casserole.
- Make sure the sauce is thick enough. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the pasta and vegetables. If the sauce is too thin, it will make the casserole watery.
- Don't be afraid to experiment. There are many different ways to make this dish. Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients or variations.
Conclusion:
Five-cheese ziti al forno is a delicious and hearty dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own liking. With its creamy sauce, tender pasta, and melted cheese, this dish is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
