Tips:

  • Prep Your Ingredients: Chop the spinach, artichoke hearts, and green onions before starting the dip to save time.
  • Use Fresh Spinach: Fresh spinach gives the dip a vibrant green color and a better flavor compared to frozen spinach.
  • Drain the Spinach Well: Squeeze out as much excess water as possible from the spinach before adding it to the dip. This will prevent the dip from being watery.
  • Use a Variety of Cheeses: The blend of five cheeses in this recipe creates a rich and flavorful dip. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheeses to create your own unique flavor combinations.
  • Don't Overcook the Spinach: Cook the spinach just until it wilts, about 1-2 minutes. Overcooking will make the spinach mushy.
  • Serve the Dip Warm: This dip is best served warm and bubbly. If you're making it ahead of time, reheat it gently in the oven or microwave before serving.
  • Garnish the Dip: Add a sprinkle of chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives, and a drizzle of olive oil before serving for an extra touch of flavor and color.
