5 CAN SOUP
Recipe comes from a lady at my sister's office. Update: I've tried now and it supper easy. It did seem to need onion and salt & pepper, so I added these. Other spices could be added since this soup is open to a lot of changes. My suggestion is do not drain the vegetable. If you drain them this soup is very thick, almost like goulash.

WW 5 CAN SOUP
This recipe is from a Weight Watchers meeting. It is so quick -- I ate it daily when I was on maternity leave with my second son. If I am making it for the week, I just empty the cans into a plastic container and warm up 1 serving in the microwave. I have also made it using frozen corn and mixed vegetables. Steps:
- Throw all ingredients into a pot, heat, and serve!
- Sour cream, salsa, green onion, and hot sauce are also great toppings.
- I was told canned chicken may be substituted for fresh chicken, although I have not tried it that way before.
- You may use chicken boullion cubes and water instead of chicken broth.
5 CAN CASSEROLE
I adopted this recipe from the Recipezaar account in February 2005. The next time I try it, I am going to try a smaller can of milk and try adding a 10 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetable. If I like it that way, they will become an optional ingredient. I have added can sizes, since the original recipe did not specify sizes. The casserole was soupy, which was not bad, but I want to see how it is with the smaller amount of milk.

Steps:
- Drain canned chicken, then place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and break apart with a fork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes or so until lightly browned
Tips:
- Choose high-quality canned goods: Opt for brands that use fresh, wholesome ingredients and avoid those with excessive additives or preservatives.

- Add some protein: For a more filling and satisfying soup, add cooked chicken, beef, or lentils.
- Season to taste: Don't be afraid to add herbs, spices, or a splash of hot sauce to taste.
- Serve with your favorite toppings: Croutons, shredded cheese, sour cream, or a dollop of pesto are all great options.
