Yield 4-8 PEOPLE

Number Of Ingredients 7

*1/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
2 TBSP TACO SEASONING MIX
4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
4 SLICES PEPPERJACK/MONTEREY JACK CHEESE. 4 SANDWICH BUNS
1/4 CUP MIRACLE WHIP

Tips:

  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the chicken its flavor, so make sure to use a flavorful combination of herbs, spices, and liquids. The recipe suggests a marinade made with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and cilantro, but feel free to experiment with different flavors.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes: The longer the chicken marinates, the more flavor it will absorb. If you're short on time, you can marinate the chicken for as little as 30 minutes, but for best results, marinate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat: Grilling the chicken over medium heat will help to prevent it from drying out. If you grill the chicken over high heat, it will cook too quickly and become tough.
  • Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F: To ensure that the chicken is cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Conclusion:

Fiesta Grilled Chicken is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The chicken is marinated in a flavorful blend of herbs, spices, and liquids, then grilled until it is cooked through. Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, rice, or beans.
