Number Of Ingredients 13

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 can refried beans, 16 oz
- liquid hot pepper seasoning to taste
- 2 oz. sharp natural cheddar cheese, grated, about 1/2 cup
- sliced stuffed olives, optional
- ritz crackers

Steps:

  • Brown beef with next three ingredients; drain fat. Add next four ingredients. Mash in beans. Heat, stirring frequently. Add liquid hot pepper seasoning to taste. Garnish with cheese and if desired, sliced olives. Serve warm with Ritz crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups

1 tablespoon milk or seltzer water
1/2 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup frozen whole kernal corn, thawed (optional)

  • 1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese and water on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add Cheddar cheese and seasoning. Beat until combined.2. Stir in onions, red pepper and salsa. 1 1/3 c canola oil
