1 T flour
1 t sugar
corn chips or cheese-flavored crackers

Tips:

  • Use fresh corn. Fresh corn on the cob is the best choice for this recipe, but you can also use frozen corn kernels if you don't have any fresh corn available.
  • Don't overcook the corn. Corn only takes a few minutes to cook, so be careful not to overcook it or it will become tough.
  • Use a variety of cheeses. This recipe calls for cheddar cheese, but you can also use other types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or pepper Jack.
  • Add some spice. If you like spicy food, you can add some diced jalapeños or chili peppers to the recipe.
  • Serve immediately. This dish is best served immediately after it is baked, while the corn is still hot and tender.
