Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. Good quality vanilla extract and chocolate chips will make a big difference in the flavor of your fudge.
- Don't overcook the fudge. The fudge is done when it reaches a temperature of 235 degrees Fahrenheit, so keep an eye on it and remove it from the heat as soon as it reaches the desired temperature.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it. This will help to prevent the fudge from crumbling.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Fudge can be stored for up to two weeks in the refrigerator, or for up to three months in the freezer.
Conclusion:
Vanilla fudge is a classic holiday treat that is perfect for gift-giving or enjoying with friends and family. It is easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients. With these tips, you can make the perfect batch of vanilla fudge every time.
