Tips:

  • For the perfect quiche crust, use a combination of butter and shortening. This will create a flaky and flavorful crust.
  • When blind baking the quiche crust, be sure to prick the bottom with a fork. This will help to prevent the crust from puffing up.
  • Use fresh, high-quality vegetables in your quiche. This will ensure that your quiche is packed with flavor.
  • Don't overcook the quiche. The quiche is done when the center is just set. Overcooked quiche will be dry and rubbery.
  • Let the quiche cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will allow the quiche to set and make it easier to slice.

Conclusion:

Whether you're looking for a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this farmhouse quiche is the perfect recipe. With its flaky crust, creamy filling, and flavorful vegetables, this quiche is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy-to-make meal, give this farmhouse quiche a try!
