3 cups regular oats, uncooked
1 (2 1/8 ounce) bottle sesame seeds
1 (3 3/4 ounce) package salted sunflower seeds
1 (2 1/4 ounce) package sliced almonds
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  • Combine maple syrup and next 5 ingredients; pour over oat mixture and stir well.
  • Spread evenly in a 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan; bake for 30 minutes or until golden, stirring every 10 minutes.
  • Turn oven off and leave in hot oven an additional 5 minutes; remove from oven.
  • Stir in raisins and dates; let cool.
  • Store in airtight container.
