Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place Brie in the center. Bake for 8-10 minutes. To check if it's ready, gently touch the center of the Brie; it should be very soft.
- With a spatula, carefully transfer Brie to a serving plate, drizzle with honey, and top with honeycomb pieces, Marcona almonds, figs, and rosemary sprigs. Serve with crackers.
Tips:
- For the best results, use a ripe brie cheese. A ripe brie will have a soft, creamy texture and a slightly runny center.
- To make the brie extra creamy, bake it in a low oven until it is melted and gooey. You can also add a splash of white wine or cream to the baking dish to help create a creamy sauce.
- If you don't have time to bake the brie, you can also soften it by microwaving it for a few seconds. Just be careful not to overheat the brie, or it will melt completely.
- Serve the brie with a variety of accompaniments, such as dried fruit, nuts, crackers, or bread. You can also drizzle the brie with honey or balsamic vinegar for a touch of sweetness.
