Tips:

  • Choose the right salmon fillet: Look for a salmon fillet that is about 1-inch thick and has a nice, even shape. You can use a skin-on or skinless fillet, but if you're using a skin-on fillet, be sure to remove the skin before cooking.
  • Make sure the salmon is cooked through: The best way to check if the salmon is cooked through is to insert a fork into the thickest part of the fillet. If the fork comes out easily, the salmon is cooked. If the fork meets resistance, the salmon needs to cook for a few more minutes.
  • Don't overcook the salmon: Overcooked salmon is dry and flaky, so be careful not to cook it for too long. The best way to prevent overcooking is to use a kitchen thermometer to check the internal temperature of the salmon. The salmon is cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a good quality everything bagel seasoning: The everything bagel seasoning is what gives this dish its signature flavor, so be sure to use a good quality seasoning. You can find everything bagel seasoning at most grocery stores.
  • Serve the salmon immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The salmon will be crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside.

Conclusion:

This everything bagel seasoning crusted salmon is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The salmon is coated in a flavorful everything bagel seasoning and then baked to perfection. The result is a crispy on the outside, moist and flaky on the inside salmon that is sure to please everyone at the table.
