4 green onions, chopped
1 medium red onion chopped
1 large tomato, cubed
3-4 medium mini sweet peppers, chopped

1 Tbsp garlic juice, or 2 cloves minced

1 c extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp chia seeds
4 pkg zero calorie sweetener

1 pint grape tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded, halved and thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
