2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3/4 pound broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
3/4 pound cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
red pepper flakes
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup oyster sauce

Steps:

  • Cook rice according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a wok or large skillet, heat oil over high. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 10 seconds. 1 head cauliflower
1 carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon gingerroot, minced
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt

Steps:

  • Cut broccoli and cauliflower into smaller pieces.
  • Heat water in a large wok to boiling and add broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then remove from wok, drain and rinse with cold water.
