1 lb beef stew meat
4 potatoes
4-5 carrots, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp tapioca
beef broth to cover
salt and pepper
1 pkg stew seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the stew meat in a little flour in an oven safe pot. Add 1 cup of beef broth and thicken a little. Add all the other ingredients. Cover with Beef Broth until covered.
  • 2. Place in an 200* oven with lid. Bake for 5 hours.

1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste

8 1/2 ounces canned green beans, undrained
8 1/2 ounces peas, undrained

1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1 cup tomato soup, undiluted
